Remember those Garlic & Herb Pork Chops? Well meet their cousin! The same premise, different flavor profile! We'll use many of the same steps to prepare these, including making that delicious garlic and herb butter, searing them in the pan, and then finishing in the oven.
What makes these special is smoked paprika! This is one of my favorite spices because I love the smoky flavor it adds to everything. It makes me feel like I'm eating barbecue. These are tender, juicy, and incredibly flavorful, so keep reading for the recipe!

I began by patting dry 3 chicken breasts and then liberally seasoning them with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

I then combined the melted butter, garlic, and italian seasoning in a small bowl.

In a pan over medium heat I seared them on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Look at that beautiful crust!

I transferred the chicken breasts to a foil-lined tray before covering them with the sauce and placing them in the oven. If you cook the chicken breasts in a cast iron skillet, you don't need to transfer them to a foil-lined tray before putting them in the oven!

Here they are covered in the sauce just before going in the oven!

And directly after they've finished cooking. They cook for 20-30 minutes at 400 F depending on the thickness of your chicken breast. Be sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure your chicken is cooked all the way through! Chicken is done at 165 F.

Doesn't that look delicious?

I served mine with some roasted broccoli and it was a wonderful meal! I prepared the broccoli the same way I prepare my Brussels Sprouts!

I hope you enjoy!
