For years I avoided trying brussels sprouts because whenever they were featured on television or film, it was always accompanied by a negative reaction. Boy was I missing out! I think I tried my first brussels sprout in high school and I have been a fan ever since! These make such a perfect side dish, but honestly I could eat an entire tray by themselves! They are also high in fiber, making them a great vegetable to add to your rotation!
This particular recipe is my favorite way to make brussels sprouts by far. It is so easy and delicious that you'll want to make it every night (I know I do)! Simple seasonings, balsamic vinegar and honey, and roasting in the oven make these a treat. Serve them with any protein (or rice to keep it vegetarian) and enjoy!

My go to seasonings for everything are: Lawry's Seasoning Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper. These were drizzled with olive oil and then seasoned with the spices mentioned previously!

Right out of the oven! Look at the nice golden brown color achieved on the flat side! Are you a fan of the leaves that fall off and get super crunchy? That is one of my favorite parts!

Here is after they've been covered with the balsamic vinegar and placed back in the oven. My mouth is watering. These would be so delicious over white or brown rice!
Now for the recipe! Pin for later!

I hope you enjoy this recipe!
